Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and permit-review tools provided by Florida Construction Permitting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Permit Reviewer

Our permit-review tool lets you upload a permit application and receive an automated analysis of potential issues and rejection risk for a selected Florida jurisdiction. You agree to use the tool only for lawful purposes and only with materials you are authorized to submit.

Reference Tool — Not Professional Review

The permit reviewer is a reference and informational tool only. It is not a substitute for review by a licensed plans examiner, building official, architect, engineer, or other qualified professional, and it does not constitute legal, engineering, or code-compliance advice.

Building codes and local amendments change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. Our analysis may be incomplete or inaccurate, and a favorable result does not guarantee that your application will be approved. You are solely responsible for ensuring your application complies with all applicable codes and for any submission to a building department. Always confirm requirements with the authority having jurisdiction.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid email and, where applicable, a mobile number for verification.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the review service to you. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share.

No Warranty

The services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Construction Permitting LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the tool’s output, permit delays, or denials. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
